This is a 70/30 blend of D8 conversion & D9 traditional distillate. The labs are blending liters to bring the price down and move more volume because market price of pure D9 CAT3 is on the rise ($1400-1600 a liter). FYI this is how 99% of the carts on the market are formulated. It is commonplace for producers to create blends in order to reach certain price points and still deliver high potency.
